Line O Matic A4 / A3 Cut Size Sheeter consisting of 3 unwinding reel station, each reel station is having 2 reel unwinding shaftless stand fitted with Electronic tension control, D’curling unit, Slitting Unit, Chopping Unit fitted with Syncro Cutting System, Conveyor Unit, Collating Unit, Robot Unit, Connecting Bridge between Cut Size Sheeter and ream wrapping machine with control penal with all electrical motors and standard accessories, ream wrapping machine with its control penal.

Production Capacity: 60 to 80 tones per day 24 hours depending upon the quality, gsm and paper reel width & number of reels being used

General Points:

1. Ream outlet from pocket coming on conveyor will be 90 degree right angle to main cut size sheeter looking from unwind stand.

2. Sheets counter facility equipped but allowable allowance in sheet count is +/- 5 sheets.

3. Suitable device for taking out trimmed waste by vacuum blower and dust removal from top
& bottom knives of slitter unit and chopping unit.

4. There is emergency stop and automatic pneumatic lock web holding device.

5. Necessary walkway base will be provided made of steel channel and sheet.

6. The equipment will be properly painted. Colour choice as per customer.
